Get the most out of gene list and prepare for the online charting in POTSON.
To use POTSON intelligent summary, please create a txt file with a list of NCBI gene IDs or official gene symbols. The example file is available here.
The uploaded plain gene list input will be overlapped to our POTSON gene list. Please keep in mind that we only generate the summary files for those genes that have been mapped to POTSON. This means that genes that have not been identified as POTSON tumour suppressors and oncogenes will be ignored. All of the summary and follow-up are based on known tumour suppressors and oncogenes from POTSON.
